The positioning of the DS PRIVATE brand in the DECIÕES E SOLUÇÕES Group
The DECIÕES E SOLUÇÕES Group is about to celebrate its 18th anniversary, in October of this year. Operating in the areas of real estate consultancy and credit intermediation , the network identified a gap in the market and sought to fill it with its experience and know-how .
The balance of the first months of DS PRIVATE ‘s activity is expressively positive, leaving good indications for the second half of 2021. “It is a project that ends up substantiating the entire experience of the DECIÕES E SOLUÇÕES Group. This first semester was, in fact, extraordinary, because we ended up managing to complete 11 contracts . We also have a good dose of new contracts, new potential agents in the entry and contract signing phase. We are convinced that what we proposed in the space of two years will be achieved in the space of one”, says Adriano Nogueira Pinto , National and International Coordinating Director of DS PRIVATE.
“There was a need to have a brand specialized in this premium segment , which focused on luxury properties . DS PRIVATE is, in a way, providing this service of great importance to the population. It is a project that is gaining dimension and that, without a doubt, will make people talk in our country”, adds Paulo Abrantes , General Director of DS PRIVATE and founder of the DECIÕES E SOLUÇÕES Group.
The opening of stores in the national territory and internationalization
At the moment, DS PRIVATE has 13 stores in the opening phase, from North to South of the country. Therefore, presences in cities such as Amarante , Braga , Esposende , Viana do Castelo , Vilamoura and Vila Nova de Gaia are forwarded . The Metropolitan Area of Lisbon also acquires particular prominence, with representation in the areas of Avenidas Novas , Cascais , Duque d’Avila , Oeiras, Parque das Nações, Santos and, on the South Bank , Setúbal. In parallel, several store director contracts are close to reaching a favorable outcome.
It is also expected that a significant number of stores will be opened in the short and medium term. By the beginning of 2022, the opening of 30 establishments is the goal defined internally. “Everything indicates that, soon, DS PRIVATE will have 30 stores in our country, as planned. It’s a recent project, just a few months old, but it’s been very well received. The objective is not only to grow nationally, but also globally”, assures the General Director.
Within the international panorama, Central, North and South America , Asia , the Middle East and Northern Europe are the geographic points that have aroused the greatest interest among DS PRIVATE.

The Portuguese brand has drawn up a profile of the desired collaborator to join its staff. In addition to the desirable experience, it is the personality characteristics and taste for the luxury segment that stand out. “They may be people who already have some experience in real estate, but now want to focus on this [luxury] segment. They can be entrepreneurial people who have experience in other areas in which we operate. Above all, entrepreneurial, dynamic people who like this area and this segment”, points out Paulo Abrantes.
